Ice Ground

Ice Ground is a move used by Shawn Frost (Fubuki). He jumps into the air with his arms crossed and lands on his feet with his arms raised behind him. When he lands, ice shoots out of the ground towards the opponent, encasing them in ice. It a defensive move.
